國家翻譯專業資格(水平)考試(China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters -- CATTI)受國家人力資源和社會保障部委托，中國外文出版發行事業局(China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration)負責實施和管理的國家職業資格考試已納入國家職業資格證書制度，是全國實施、統一、全社會翻譯專業資格（水平）認證，是對考生口譯或筆譯雙語互譯能力和水平的評價和認定。

打印(領取)翻譯資格考試準考證注意事項:

筆譯準考證：一般情況下，考生在考試前一周內登錄全國專業技術人員資格考試注冊服務平臺快速通道“門票打印”欄，用A4紙自行打印。

口譯準考證：一般情況下，現場領取口譯準考證。

考生必須持準考證、正式有效身份證（軍官證、護照）參加考試。

考試注意事項

（1）考生必須攜帶準考證、身份證（軍人可持軍官證）原件，否則不得參加考試。

（2）考生應攜帶黑色墨水筆、橡膠和2B鉛筆。參加翻譯實踐科目考試，考生可攜帶一本紙質中外詞典。考場有草稿紙，考試結束后收回。

(3)答題前仔細閱讀考生注意事項(試卷封2)及答題說明(專用答題卡首頁);使用規定的答題工具在專用答題卡指定的區域進行答題。各語種一、二、三級翻譯實踐科目均在專用答題卡上答題；英、日、俄二、三級翻譯綜合能力科目均在答題卡上答題。

考場設置

筆譯考試由內蒙古省人事考試中心設立。

漢譯英必備基礎知識：

一、名詞與冠詞

英語名詞分為可數名詞和不可數名詞，而且往往要與冠詞連用。例1中的period、enterprise和nation都是可數名詞。period在這里是一般指的，沒有說是什么時候，所以要加不定冠詞，說a long period of time.enterprise在這里也是一般指的，一般指的是經常用復數，或者用單數加定冠詞來表示這類東西，所以這里要說state enterprises，或the state enterprise， 沒有復數和冠詞是不可能的。nation在這里指的是中國，一定要加定冠詞，說theeon nation.例9中的issue也是專門指的，要加定冠詞>>>點擊查看全文
