[考點4]過去進行的用法考試
過去主要有以下用法： 1、談談過去某個時刻或某個時間正在進行的事情。例如：I was reading the newspaper at 6.30 this morning. 2、當過去發生某件事時，另一個動作正在進行中。此時，當連續性動詞使用過去時，瞬間動詞使用過去時。例如：The earthquake started while I was doing some shopping. 3、可以說，從過去的某個時候開始，似乎會發生什么。例如：When his son arrived, the old man was dying.
